Horizontal Single Drum Chain Grate Fire Tube Biomass Steam Boiler Introduction
The biomass horizontal steam boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fired tube hybrid boiler in which a bundle of threaded tobacco pipes is arranged. A light pipe water cooling wall is installed on the left and right sides of the furnace. It adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper type slag discharging machine to realize automatic slag discharge. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt a new energy-saving technology furnace arch. The fuel falls from the hopper to the grate and enters the grate. After the flame passes through the rear arch, the flame is refracted upwards and turned to the front smoke box through the combustion chambers on both sides of the main body, and then the front smoke box is folded back into the inner tube bundle and passed through the rear smoke box. The economizer is then pumped by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney to the atmosphere.
